    If you want great food and fantastic service, you must visit GLYhop restaurant. I love the pancakes, bacon and eggs or the tasty hot organic oatmeal. The eggs Benedict with hollandaise is just delicious. For the kids the selection consists of french toast, old fashion grilled cheese sandwich or my favorite the silver dollar pancakes with berries and whipped cream, and lets not forget the single slider, which is a mini burger with lettuce, tomato and if requested cheese. For lunch my favorites are The Waldorf chicken salad, which has poached chicken breast with walnuts, apples, celery and dried cranberries over lettuces, or the Greek salad. The house specialties are the chicken pot pie. which is filled with lots of juicy chicken and vegetables in Parmesan pastry crust. Or try the home made chili, mmmmm. If you are more a sandwich person try the grilled chicken flat bread sandwich. Grilled chicken, provolone, roasted tomato, spinach and Caesar dressing. Or for the vegetarians a bonzai bonanza burger. Open faced vegetable burger sandwich on seven grain bread with a feast of vegetables avocado and chipotle vegenaise. And for the steak lovers taste the grilled steak flat bread sandwich. Marinated skirt steak in chimichurri sauce with grilled onion and crumbled blue cheese. GLYhop is now also open for dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come early because it could be busy
